Rouge 2021:

A blend of 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 31% Shiraz, 20% Cabernet Franc, 5% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot. Currently drinking beautifully, this wine offers aromas of fynbos, sour cherry and a touch of graphite. The palate is silky and luxurious with dark fruits such as prune and blueberry with hints of pine needle.

Rouge 2022:

The 2022 vintage is a blend of 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Shiraz, 12% Cabernet Franc & 2% Petit Verdot. This iconic vintage boasts a rich bouquet of plum, fynbos and hints of charcuterie on the nose. The palate is complex with crushed blackberry, dry fig and nuances of graphite. The tannins are plush and structured which ensure that this wine will age beautifully over the next 5 to 8years.

Rouge 2023

The 2023 vintage is a blend of 46% Cabernet Sauvignon, 27% Shiraz, 23% Cabernet franc, 3% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot. 

The nose shows evocative aromatics of black plum and sour cherry with savoury undertones of smoked charcuterie, pine needle and graphite. The palate is polished and supple with ripe, smooth tannins supporting crushed blackberry, dark cherries, purple fig and plum. The palate is lush with a chalky edge and firm structure.
